AffKey delivers intangible digital goods and software services, including cloud-hosted AI productivity utilities, programmatic APIs, and enterprise software access. Delivery of software access credentials or API keys occurs instantaneously upon transaction verification.

2. Refund & Dispute Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality of our software. If you encounter any technical deficit or our tools fail to perform as specified:

• Subscription Services: Users may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date.
• Renewals: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the billing cycle without penalty.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days depending on your financial institution.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Governance

AffKey strictly forbids the deployment of our automation frameworks, scrapers, or software tools for:

• Malicious cyber operations, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or DDoS attacks.
• Deceptive advertising, cloaking, spam propagation, or violation of advertising platform terms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Generating hateful, defamatory, or fraudulent material via AI model endpoints.

Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate termination without refund.

4. Merchant of Record & Billing Support

Our order management is conducted through verified global payment partners. All transaction receipts clearly identify AffKey or our designated Merchant of Record on cardholder billing statements.
