AffKey develops, tests, and deploys high-performance software utilities, AI-driven automation architectures, and digital media solutions. All intellectual property rights, source code, visual designs, trademarks, models, and algorithms embedded in our software remain the exclusive property of AffKey.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access our published tools solely in accordance with their designated documentation and service tier.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, reverse-engineer proprietary models, disrupt network infrastructure, circumvent security parameters, or violate advertising platform policies and privacy regulations.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

For services requiring payment or credit purchases, transactions are processed through certified international payment gateway partners and Merchant of Record infrastructure. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize applicable charges.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services and tools are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AffKey makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding uptime, algorithmic outcome guarantees, or commercial profitability for third-party media operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AffKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our systems.
